Seniortek – Service Home Concept

For the first time, Service Home Concept combines different surveillance and alarm systems and nurse call into a single, easy-to-use entirety. The system can be controlled via a computer network and using a Dect telephone.The use of all systems can be handled using a single, customer-specific user interface. The operating environment is in Finnish with good guidance facilities.

Using the Service Home Concept, the routine work of carers is assigned to be the responsibility of different systems, thereby allowing them to have more time to take care of residents. The intention of the development work was to create a very humane system. Without compromising these qualities, economic realities have not been overlooked, as the intention for the long-term use of the system is to provide an outcome that is as economic for society as possible.
