INNOSUOMI 2007 awards presented by the President of Finland

 

The national INNOSUOMI 2007 awards of the President of Finland were awarded for the fourteenth time on 20 November. The National Board of Patents and Registration in Finland in the Innotalo House. The competition awarded five equal valued national INNOSUOMI awards and two commendations. Seniortek Oy was one of the award winners.


The award winners represented innovative Finnish companies that have used their expertise to cater to the needs of private individuals while improving company competitiveness in an inventive manner. The theme for INNOSUOMI 2007 was “Innovations and Age”. The theme highlighted good practices and examples of companies that have had the insight to develop products and services with particular focused on the aged. This year saw 181 INNOSUOMI award candidates.

 

 

SENIORTEK was the winner of the Province of Lapland in the INNOSUOMI 2007 awards.

 

On 19 October, the Provincial Judge Panel awarded Seniortek Oy the INNOSUOMI 2007 Province of Lapland award for the Service Residence Concept. The theme for INNOSUOMI 2007 was “Innovations and Age”. The security and surveillance system developed by Seniortek Oy for sheltered housing and treatment facilities is a new and modern innovation that perfectly suits this year’s theme.

 

 

OPERATIONAL PATENT


The Serviced Residence Concept invention was issued a patent for Finland.
